WHAT'S INSIDE:
Monthly Journeys
Every month, we move through a new theme together.
Whether we’re exploring perfectionism, fear of being seen, self-trust, creative recovery, or inner child healing, each journey is designed to help you move through a specific layer of your artistic exploration through guided practices, reflections, and community experiences.
Bi-Weekly Artist Hours
Dedicated time to reconnect with your inner artist.
Part workshop, part creative sanctuary.
Each Artist Hour begins with a grounding practice (meditation, breathwork, or reflection), a short teaching, and then opens into protected creative time where you can write, dream, create, move, explore, or simply be with humans from all over the world doing the same.
We end with community discussion & connection.
On Saturdays & Sundays, always recorded.
Shadow Workshops
Because becoming more expressed often means meeting the parts of ourselves that are afraid.
These deeper workshops explore perfectionism, fear of being seen, self-doubt, comparison, resistance, and the subconscious patterns that keep us small.
The Sanctuary
A growing library of over 50+ meditations, breathwork, somatic practices, teachings, recordings, and creative tools designed to support you whenever you need grounding, inspiration, clarity, or connection.
Community
At the heart of Metamorphosis is other women learning how to live more creatively, courageously, and honestly.
A place to share wins, ask questions, receive feedback, process challenges, celebrate breakthroughs, collaborate, and remember that you don’t have to do this alone.
You may experience:
• Trust in your voice: feeling safe enough to express what lives inside you
• Trust in your timing: release of the pressure to perform
• The courage to explore the creative dreams that have been quietly waiting
• Freedom from perfectionism and pressure: creating from truth instead of fear
• Clarity around what has been holding you back consciously and subconsciously
• The confidence to share your work with the world in a way that feels authentic
• Creative energy that feels alive again instead of blocked or burnt out
• The permission to live a more creative life even when the path feels uncertain
Metamorphosis is about becoming
fully expressed in your creative capacity and to use your gifts for good.
(Not more creative. You already are creative. You just haven't expressed it yet.)

FAQ
Why Creativity?
Creativity is about how you relate to yourself and to the world.
When we were young, we were all dreamers. And somewhere along the way, that childlike wonder and romance for existing got cut off and cut short.
When we stopped creating, we cut off circulation to a very real and alive part of us that longs for us to listen to it. We stop listening to our instincts, expressing what lives within us, launching forward in the calls that are part of our destiny, we become disconnected from our curiosity, our voice, our aliveness.
Creativity is more than just the art we make (though, that's a huge part of it)
It influences:
✷ our confidence
✷ our relationships
✷ our ability to trust ourselves
✷ our willingness to take risks
✷ our connection to purpose
✷ our relationship with God
At its core, creativity is a relationship with life itself.
And when we reconnect with it, we often find ourselves reconnecting with much more than our art.
What makes Metamorphosis different?
Most communities give you information. They pump out content as if they are trying to figure out an algorithm
Metamorphosis gives you a place to transform
In the digital world, it is a gathering point and an anchor that catalyzes physical change in day-to-day life. A place where, instead of opening a laptop or phone to scroll, people find themselves inspired to create and connect with others. A place where the tools offered inside around creative expression & nervous system regulation filter into the outside world.
In the physical space, the gatherings are meeting points. A place where creatives from all over the world come to undress the armor that they wear and drop into their bodies and their beings, create from their hearts, and then see themselves in one another, and see themselves deeper because of it.
Inside you’ll find a rare combination of:
✷ deep emotional and creative work
✷ recorded & lives workshops and practices
✷ an intimate community where people actually know one another
✷ ongoing support rather than one-time inspiration
✷ a growing library of meditations, somatic practices, and creative tools
For the cost of going out to a nice restaurant, you’re stepping into a space designed to support your creativity, your self-expression, and your growth every month.
There are many communities.
There are very few creative homes.

What's the rhythm of Metamorphosis?
It is space you can return to.
Monthly themes tied to the deeper layers of your becoming: being seen, moving through fear, reconnecting to your creative voice, and learning how to trust yourself again.
Everything is recorded and available inside the Sanctuary afterward.
How much time do I need? What if I can't attend every weekly session?
What Metamorphosis is NOT:
Something you have to “keep up with.”
There's one BIG rule inside: you come as you are.
The sessions are there as a rhythm. They are not a requirement.
They exist so that no matter what your schedule looks like, there’s always a space for you to drop in. If you can make even 1-2 a month, that is more than enough.
And they're all recorded. So, some weeks you’ll join live. Some weeks you won’t.
There is no pressure, no hamster-wheel, no "missing out." Wherever you are and whatever you're coming with, there's a space for you to build this trust of simply showing up for yourself.
Even 10–20 minutes can shift your state, your clarity, your connection to yourself.
But.. what if I can't fully commit or am inconsistent? If I do this, I want to be 100% ALL in.
I have some news for you: if you’re waiting to be 100% “all in” all the time - you’ll probably never start.
This space is about allowing & receiving - releasing pressure and control and letting something else lead. It is not about getting it right, but showing up with whatever you have.
If you're inconsistent, you're human! None of us are showing up perfectly every day. In fact, what we explore together is learning how to soften your expectations and learn to meet yourself where you are.
Is this just for women?
Yes. This space is thoughtfully designed to support women and foster a safe, intimate space for women to explore their relationship to creativity, their inner child, inner artist, and Divine relationship with complete safety, ease, and witness of one another.
Non-binary folks who feel safest in a women-only community are also welcome.
What if I feel scared to be seen or share?
That’s exactly why this space exists!!
You’re never forced to share, perform, or open up before you’re ready.
Everything is an invitation and you get to move at your own pace.
The ask if that you get curious enough to soften, and see what happens next.
Where does everything live?
Everything is housed in one central space: your practices, recordings, community, and updates - a platform called Heartbeat.
You’ll have access to everything as soon as you join.
When will sessions be held?
Live sessions will be held on weekends at times that are accessible across time zones.
And everything is recorded - so you can always come back to it when it works for you.
What kind of women join Metamorphosis?
Women who know there's more inside of them, yet are ready to get off the endless hamster wheel of "fixing" "healing" and "striving."
Some are writers.
Some are musicians.
Some are entrepreneurs.
Some are in career transitions.
Some are rebuilding trust in themselves after heartbreak, burnout, or major life change.
Some create professionally.
Many don’t.
What they share is a longing to live more creatively, more honestly, and more fully expressed. They share a thoughtful desire for more depth than their world currently gives them and are looking for a container to express and explore in.
ABOUT YOUR GUIDE:
Hi - I'm Vanessa
Like most of us, I was a voraciously curious child with a long-list of artistic endeavors woven within every day.
As a kid, I was drawn to writing stories that reflected my innermost self-expression,
but at some point - the story I began writing was one of silence and shame.
Many years of my childhood were spent in survival - and creation became something I hid away and locked up tight.
I never stopped creating, but I never felt safe enough to truly feel like a creator.
As I grew older, my priority wasn't art (even if it's what my soul longed for.)
It was stability - or what I thought stability should look like.
So I took the practical path and built a career in the corporate world.
High heels against the NYC pavement and a cushy salary looked enviable from the outside.
But internally, I felt so purposeless. I felt so empty. I felt so lost.
There was a persistent and perpetually sad voice inside of me, telling me that it wanted more, tapping me on the shoulder to ask me to remember what it was like to dream and to have desires bigger than getting to the end of the day.
On the outside, I looked "stable," but what I didn't know is that I wouldn't actually be stable until I found a way to turn survival into self-expression.
And eventually - I did.
What began as an experiment: starting a podcast and a consistent writing practice, curating a space for my inner dreamer to dream and my inner artist to play - slowly became the remembrance of something I thought I’d lost forever.
Today, I host the charting, top 2% education podcast Figuring Sh!t Out, where I philosophically explore what it means to live creatively, honestly, and intentionally in a world of flux.
The show has grown to over 120 episodes, has over one million plays on Spotify, reaches hundreds of thousands of people in over 160 countries, and connects me with a global community of people who feel the same pull towards expression and self-discovery.
The journey of artistry has led me on voyages across the world - opening doors I would’ve never given myself permission to enter before.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of individuals through workshops, guided containers and experiences, retreats, and creative practice centered upon self-expression, inner transformation, and taking a Road Less Traveled.
But the truth is - I’m still figuring sh!t out.
Always have been, always will be in some ways.
My own creative practice - writing, creating, experimenting, listening, feeding that childlike and voracious curiosity - is what continues to guide me.
Metamorphosis was born from this journey.
It is the kind of space I wish existed when I first began (and what I found in some of the most formative texts and practices that have guided the creation of this program).
It is a space where creativity is about exploration, healing, and returning.
I am so deeply excited to see what begins to unfold for you here.
